Cross Body Doll Carrier Pattern

This handy bag can carry your daughter’s doll on the outside and her supplies on the inside. It is great for girls who like to keep their dolls in front of them or remove the doll without taking the bag off.  It even has an inner slip pocket that is perfect for a girl’s cell phone or ipod!

There are two front pocket options included.  You can make a ruffled style pocket or one that is straight across for personalization. It’s the perfect size for those necessary extras while out on the town or special trips. It also makes a great purse! You can make the bag with an adjustable strap or cut it to fit the person wearing it.

This PDF pattern is designed for dolls 15 inches and larger (i.e: American Girl, Bitty Baby, Build-a-Bear animals, and Cabbage Patch dolls). 

Note:  There are no pattern pieces for this bag. Everything is cut with a rotary cutter and mat with extensive cutting instructions

Supplies Needed:
-¾ yard novelty cotton fabric for main fabric
-¾ yard coordinating fabric
-13.5″ continuous nylon zipper chain and 1 zipper pull – not molded plastic. (Or, 14” zipper cut to 13.5”)
-2 strap adjusters (optional)
-Fusible interfacing
-Fusible fleece or batting
-Thread
